This weekly rental property sleeps 14 adults and is conveniently located about just under 1/4 mile from Craigville Beach. About a 5-minute walk in a safe, side-walked area.
This incredible house is perfect for extended families with 2 master bedroom suites, one on each floor. Total of 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms as well as family room with Bose sound bar and flat screen TV. You will also find a media/playroom with regulation-size air hockey, flat screen TV, Nintendo Switch (some games included), a 2nd floor deck with cafe-style table and chairs and main first floor deck.
The basement has a regulation-size ping pong table.
Read a book in the sun room or relax out back in the hot tub.

Across the Road from Craigville Beach in Centerville on Cape Cod, MA, this house is newly and beautifully renovated and updated. 4 bedrooms (3 queen: one has ensuite bathroom), and one bedroom that sleeps 4 (top twin/bottom full bunk and an extra twin), 3 baths (including 1 ADA bathroom), as well as an outdoor shower.
This house is disability friendly with 2 bedrooms that have 36 inch entries. Plenty of walk/wheel space throughout common areas. No stairs to get in front door, or in living space.
New kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, keurig, washer and dryer.
All common areas, except kitchen, have 11 foot expansive ceilings.
2 gas fireplaces (one in living room and one in dining room).
2 HD televisions with expanded cable . Netflix and Hulu. Wifi.
Gas grill and fire pit outside. Two beautiful patios: one for relaxing in front of fire pit and one for dining.
Limited water views: Did I mention it was across the street from Covel Beach Parking (less crowded portion of Craigville Beach). It is also on a herring run for your viewing pleasure.
Well trained pets are welcome (small fee).
