Welcome to Winslow Acres Pool Escape in Yarmouth Port, MA!
Escape to the Cape at this beautifully maintained home with a lovely seasonal pool. Make s'mores and memories year-round at the fire pit. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms there is plenty of room for your group, up to 8 people (and your pets - fee applies)! The beach is only a few miles drive away where you can swim and play in the Atlantic Ocean! The ferry to the islands of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard is not far, and a great addition to any Cape trip!
Pool is open early-May through mid-October and heated May/June…September/October.
Hot tub is open all-year-long for your enjoyment. We empty, clean, and refill the hot tub after each guest stay.
House is cleaned and sanitized after each stay!
Quiet neighborhood - house located at top of hill on cul-de-sac. Follins Pond located at other end of street - about 650 feet from the house. BYO Kayak/Canoe - feel free to bring your own kayak or canoe to the pond (Follins Pond is the top of the Bass River).. you will need to enter the water via the marsh. Boating at own risk.
